Stuffed baguettes

We cut the bread stick in half, being very long, then we cut the halves in half, but transversely and we remove the core from them.

Crush the core in a bowl and add over it, grated Parmesan cheese and two eggs, then mix the composition.

With this composition we fill the shells of the baguette, and we put them in the oven heated to 180 degrees, for 10 minutes, during which time we take care of the rest of the ingredients.

We slice the pork neck and sausages, we cut the dehydrated tomatoes smaller, and we slice the cheese thinly.

Remove the baguettes from the oven and cover them with the rest of the ingredients, placing broken basil leaves from place to place, for a pleasant aroma.

On top we will place the cheese slices and the Parmesan flakes, to gratinate nicely.

Put the baguettes in the oven again for 5-6 minutes, or until they are nicely au gratin.

I chose to put the baguettes in the oven in fractions, to make sure that the composition with eggs is well prepared, and if I put the cheese from the beginning, it would have melted and dried too badly.

I hope you find my recipe for stuffed baguettes useful!
