From the simplest ingredients and with minimal effort you get a perfect dinner for the whole family.

INGREDIENTS

-600 g chicken (hammers)

-4 tablespoons vegetable oil (it is best to use dandelion oil)

-1/3 teaspoon spices for chicken

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Wash the chicken and dry it on a paper towel. In a bowl, mix the meat with the salt, spices and crushed garlic.

2. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the meat bowl and mix.

3. Peel the onion and cut it into cubes.

4. Wash and peel the carrot. Put it through the large grater.

5. Remove the leaves from the top of the cabbage and remove the stalk. Chop the cabbage. If you use last year's cabbage, it is necessary to sprinkle it with salt and grind it with your hands. Thus, it will leave juice and be softer.

6. In a deeper bowl, mix the cabbage with the onion and carrot. Add salt, ground black pepper and 2 tablespoons oil. Stir.
