Laci made some baguettes and some fine bagels last week, the recipe of which was so successful in the group that he offered to make the recipe once again and to document it step by step, so that he could publish it on the blog.

Here is the recipe and the pictures sent by our friend Laci. From these quantities results 6 thin homemade baguettes or 2 loaves and 3 baguettes.


1. Cauliflower unfolds into florets and we wash it under running water. We boil it in a little water salt for 5-7 minutes. Cauliflower is put in water when it starts to boil.

2. After 10 minutes we strain the cauliflower, put it under a jet of cold water to stop the cooking process and let it drain.

3. In a bowl, they fight eggs, it adds sour cream, garlic given on the small grater, a handful of biscuit, half of cheese shaved on the large grater and seasoning to taste. Taste to make sure it's not bland, that it has enough flavor. Add the bouquets of cauliflower and mix with a wooden spoon without crushing them. The composition must blend well with each bouquet.
