Danuta, our pregnant woman had a craving for some raspberry cake and Ana, the friend of her little son Razvan, gave me her mother's cake recipe, here's what came out !!!
- 8 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 12 tablespoons caster sugar
- 12 tablespoons flour
- 8 tablespoons oil
- 1 baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Check with cocoa and raspberries:
Whisk the egg whites with the sugar.
Mix the yolks with the oil, a pinch of salt, grated lemon peel and milk.
The flour is mixed with the baking powder.
Pour the yolks over the egg whites, stirring slowly to blend.
Wallpaper 2 cake trays with baking paper.
Put 3 parts of the composition in the trays and mix one part with cocoa.
We wash the raspberries and drain them.
We put the composition with cocoa and raspberries on top of the rest of the composition.
Put them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
We do the test with the toothpick and leave it to cool a bit in the tray.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
