I cut the muscle in half but I didn't let it beat at all.
I beat it as well as possible (so we can then run it well), I seasoned with salt, pepper, vegeta, then I greased with 2 tablespoons of mustard.
I cleaned the carrot and the pepper, I washed and I cut strips that I placed on both sides of the muscle.
I also cut the pickles and I did the same with the vegetables.
I rolled the muscle on both sides so that it would take the shape of glasses.
I greased it with a little oil, I made sure it didn't fall apart with toothpicks, and I wrapped it in aluminum foil.
I placed it in a yena tray and put it in the preheated oven at 200 degrees.
I left it for 1 hour, after which I put the foil aside and left it for another 10 minutes. to brown.
The muscle is ready to be served.
Good appetite !
