- 200 gr. pasta (spiral snails I used)

- 100 gr. prosciutto
- 2 yolks
- 200 gr. sour cream
- 100 gr. ementaler
- a little ground nutmeg
- a few parsley leaves
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
METHOD OF PREPARING Carbonara Pasta RECIPE:
Fry the pasta according to the instructions on the package in plenty of salted water.
Cut the ham into strips, fry them in a deep pan in the 2 tablespoons of oil.
Mix the sour cream with the two yolks and a little nutmeg, pour the mixture obtained in the pan over the ham, let it boil for a while, then add the cooked pasta, passed through a stream of cold water and drained very well.
Also now is the time to add the diced elemental.
Stir gently so as not to crush the pasta and sprinkle with chopped green parsley.
